1. Consent to Use of Images and Videos
I, the undersigned, hereby give my consent to Laser to You (the "Business") to use my image, likeness, voice, and/or video recordings (collectively referred to as "Media") taken during my laser hair removal treatments for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the Business's website, social media platforms, printed materials, and advertisements.
2. Nature of Use
I understand that the Media may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. I acknowledge that these images and videos may be used in various formats, including but not limited to, online and offline marketing materials, advertisements, and social media posts.
3. No Compensation
I agree that I will not receive any compensation, payment, royalty, or other remuneration for the use of my image, likeness, or voice in the Media. I further agree that this consent is given without any expectation of financial or other benefits now or in the future.
4. Revocation of Consent
I understand that I can revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice to Laser to You at the contact information provided above. However, I acknowledge that revoking my consent will not affect any materials that have already been produced or published prior to the date of the revocation.
5. Data Protection and Privacy
I acknowledge that Laser to You will store and handle all Media in compliance with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). My personal data will be processed solely for the purposes stated in this document, and appropriate measures will be taken to protect my privacy.
6. Duration of Consent
This consent is granted for an indefinite period of time unless otherwise revoked by me in writing. I understand that my image and likeness may continue to be used in marketing materials that were created prior to the revocation of consent.
